Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. The service
RizzWing ("the Service") is an AI-powered chat reply suggestion tool for Android. The paid items are digital goods:
- Membership (monthly / yearly): use of the official AI channel with an allowance of 1,000 generations per month (monthly plan) or 2,000 per month (yearly plan), valid for 30 / 365 days from activation. Renewals stack on top of the current expiry date.
- Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) unlock: a one-time, permanent unlock of the ability to use your own API key; AI model usage is billed by your third-party model provider directly to you.
Payments are collected, and receipts issued, by Paddle.com acting as Merchant of Record.
2. Activation & device binding
- After payment, an activation code is issued automatically. Enter it in the app under "Membership" to activate.
- Each code binds to one device. To switch phones, email us to unbind — your remaining validity is preserved.
- Uninstalling or reinstalling the app does not affect activated entitlements; they restore automatically on launch.
3. Refund policy
- Unused activation code: full refund within 14 days of purchase — just email us your Paddle transaction ID.
- Activated: as instantly-delivered digital goods, activated purchases are generally non-refundable; however, if a service outage on our side prevents use for more than 48 consecutive hours, we will refund pro-rata for the remaining days or extend your validity by the equivalent time.
- Duplicate charges / accidental purchases: fully refunded after verification.
- Send refund requests to zlzhang1128@gmail.com with your transaction ID (starts with "txn_", found in your Paddle receipt email). We process requests within 2 business days; refunds are returned via Paddle to your original payment method.
4. Fair use
- Membership allowances are for your own personal use. Reselling, account sharing, or scripted bulk calls are prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
- AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only — use your own judgment before sending. The Service must not be used for harassment, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
- The Service makes no promises about relationship or conversation outcomes.
5. Changes & termination
We may adjust features, allowances, or prices (existing purchases keep their terms for their validity period). If the Service is permanently discontinued, active memberships will be refunded pro-rata for their remaining days.
